Maid of Honor
Susan is my best friend, my sister from another mister, my soulmate, and if I had never met Eric, my future domestic partner. Susan and I became friends my senior year of high school when we were introduced to each other by our younger brothers. However, we didn't really became friends until we decided to take a 2 week road trip together after I graduated. It only took about a day into the trip to realize we were going to be together forever. I have gone on more adventures with Susan than any other and have made lifetimes worth of memories. I'm so incredibly thankful for her bright light and spirit and I know she will be by my side always. She's currently finishing up school to teach the tiny humans of tomorrow.
Best Man
Matt is my oldest best friend, famous in Minneapolis, and the father of my favorite nephew, River. He is probably the most underrated songwriter in the country, always passionate, creative, and honest. I was his best man when he got married as a child over 10 years ago and I'm honored to have him stand with me.
Man of Honor
BY MY SIDE SINCE 95! Alec is my OG best friend and I couldn't imagine getting married without him standing next to me. We have experienced the full spectrum of sibling emotions together and have come a long way. He is one of my most favorite humans and I'm probably one of his biggest fans. He's incredibly talented at everything he does, and I could watch him dance on water for days. He is currently traveling across country to the California Coast in his built out van with his lovely lady Allie and his trusty sidepup Ozzy. Stay tuned for his second book and a few other awesome collabs we have up our sleeves.
Groomsman
Moe Jills, my second oldest best friend. Joe and I did a lot of "coming of age" together in our pre-teen and teen years, went our separate ways in college, only for the universe to bring us back together in good 'ole St. Augustine. Joe is one of the best dudes I know. An amazing father and husband, who is always down to put a few back on the porch as we discuss religion, politics, aliens, and the like.
Bridesmaid
Remember that one time we shared a bed for 3 months? That was so lovely. Samantha and I became friends a few months into our Freshman year at Flagler College. We were brought together by friends but it only took one country concert to solidify a lifelong friendship and one trip to Universal for me to become an honorary Langston. We liked to spend our free time watching sappy proposal videos, listening to Phillip Phillips, or drinking wine in chairs while solving the problems of the world. She was also my valentine 6 years in a row and on the 13th of every month we would have a lovely Lady Date. She is currently living her best life in Tampa in her new house with her new Hubby.
Groomsman
Andy was one of the first people I met before I even officially moved to Saint Augustine. We became fast friends and ended up living together most of college. He's a fellow old soul with an adventurous spirit, jolly demeanor, and a future famous artist (probably not until he's dead). I have no doubt that if I needed Andy he would be wherever I was as fast as humanly possible.
Bridesmaid
Kelsey and I have actually known each other since we were about 5...we just didn't know it! Both our families attended the Hugh Shaw Memorial Classic surf contest at Flagler College alumni weekend almost every year since we were nuggets. But it wasn't until we both got hostessing jobs at the St. Augustine Salt Life did we make this connection. And literally we were like well, I guess we're best friends now- and nothing has changed. Our favorite pastimes include binge eating Hurricane wings and hiking with the pups. It was Kelsey encouragement to get back out there and have some fun that led to me reconnecting with Eric (thanks Kels). Kelsey is a boss lady nurse and is also the momma to a beautiful baby boy Eoin and 2 gorgeous pibbles Blue Jay and Brody.
Groomsman
A-Bro, Ronnie, Michael, Ronaldnino...Big Aaron has a lot of nicknames. I've traveled more with Aaron than anyone else...India, Indo twice, Mexico, Nicaragua, California. A talented designer, powerful surfer, and chicken wing enthusiast. The least judgemental person I know, Aaron will take you as you are with a giant manly bear hug
Bridesmaid
Hannah and I became friends our senior year of college, but only after I found out that for most of college Hannah thought I was a mean girl who did NOT like her! Once that was cleared up we were instantaneously friends. Hannah was our honorary 5th roomie at Serenity Bay and she lived with me one summer for a couple weeks. Hannah is one of the most generous and kind hearted humans I know and I'm so lucky to be able to call her my friend. She is the momma to the SWEETEST pibble Beatrice (or Bee for short), and even though her true calling is makeup, she's currently finishing up Law School! She will be graduating the day of our wedding and I couldn't be more proud of her.
Groomsman
Sasso marches to the beat of his own piano and is always down for some hard work or adventure. We definitely had our share of adventure when living in Southern California at the same time, climbing every weekend. Tony can build a campfire in the rain while simultaneously coding your website. I'm glad he's on my team.
Bridesmaid
Oh Shirley where to start. Amanda (AKA Shirley, Shirlz, Little Debbie, or Sunshine) is someone who brightens any room she walks into. I met Amanda (and Emma) my second day at Flagler College. We ended up with the same group at the "beach day" Flagler held for incoming students and we spent the whole day together as if we all had been friends for years. Amanda and Emma missed their shuttle back to campus at the end of the day so I offered to drive them back. Next thing I know we're best friends and I was secretly moving all of my things into their dorm room. Amanda was my roomie all 4 years of college and my favorite partner in crime-we'll always be friends because you know too much (lol). Amanda is from the Dirty Jerz but is currently killing it in Philly.
Groomsman
Foote isn't just down for an adventure, he's down for a mission. Unfazed by mediocre sleep and long, early hikes to a mountain or a wave. A talented surfer and painter, cosmic explorer, and rad Dad.
Bridesmaid
Miss Emma Jane! Just like Amanda, we met my second day at Flagler College when we ended up together at the "beach day" Flagler held for incoming students. We spent the whole day together as if we all had been friends for years and once I found out Emma also enjoyed the beach volleyball, I was sold. Emma and Amanda missed their shuttle back to campus at the end of the day and I offered to drive them back. Next thing I know we're off on an adventure to Target, already best friends, and it took maybe a couple weeks before I was moved in as their unofficial 3rd roommate. Emma was also my roomie all 4 years of college and I could always count on her to have my back. She is currently living in Delaware and I miss her terribly.
Groomsman
Guth invited himself on a climbing trip to Joshua Tree as an acquaintance four years ago and we've been great friends ever since. He's been through a lot in that time but always makes the best of any situation. He's an entrepreneur, incredibly organized, and always down for a good time. He's also single...ladies.
Flower Girl
She has been by my side through it all. She's my soul sister and best friend and knows how to love better than most. She has helped me through everything life has thrown at me the last 5 years and I thank my lucky stars everyday for bringing her into my life. I love her more than anything and I can't wait to have her by my side on our wedding day.
Ring Bearer
My best dog. My best friend. Blue is my boy.
