Everyday, we take hundreds of steps, sometimes repetitive, sometimes completely new to us. Our first steps together started as a tour of Alayna’s new school, our 6th period teacher told Eric to walk Alayna to the front office, nervously Eric accepted and showed her the halls. As we walked, we talked a little breaking the ice and easing the tension. Alayna was drawn to Eric’s smile and Eric was drawn to Alayna’s mystic eyes. Love at first sight, or in our case, Love at first stroll. The school year came to an end, but that wasn’t the end of our story. Fast forward to early 2020 stars aligned and our story picked back up. We began to hang out everyday. From going to the mall in Macon to a camping trip in South Carolina where we ruined someone’s Yeti cooler (ask for details), we became inseparable. We welcomed our first member of the family in 2020, a beautiful pit bull we named LuLu. On a ride back from the drive thru safari we saw a sign for free puppies. So impulsively we stopped by and couldn’t leave without her. Our baby Lulu is deeply missed. Merboy, Titty, Pho, Kora, and Moona..... we miss you all too so much. Our family continued to grow with our little SONshines, Kyren and Karter. They have made our story more crazy, but mostly more beautiful and fun. Also, can't forget our two birds Bluey & Bingo, and our dog Peaches. We can't wait to start our new chapter and see where our story leads us. We know it will be an adventure!
