Our journey started April of 2020 with the both of us swiping right on Tinder. The first time we messaged each other, there was instant connection. We conversed for a few days and she stopped responding. I checked off and on every few days to see if she had responded and found nothing from her. I said oh well. 2 weeks after our last message she replied back with her phone number and a message that read “no I didn’t forget about you”. She had an unfortunate situation in her family and was out of pocket until she returned. Well the first day we met, we talked for hours. Didn’t wanna leave her because at that moment I knew something was special about her. But I didn’t want to seem thirsty so I moved around 😂. It didn’t last long because we were back together in each other presence the next day. Our first date was a walk around the lake at White Rock, followed by a dinner at Piggy Pies on lower Greenville. Yes I had wings lol. Every time we departed from each other, my heart dropped. We dated for about 6 months. Once a month she tried to break up with me and I wasn’t going for it lol. Some unfortunate things happened in my life and she told me I had to get my life in order because at that moment I was a”project”. Man… if I tell you my heart and feelings never dropped like that in my life. Normally I would of went on to the next one, but that next one never came because she was the one. During that 6 weeks of not talking to her, I reinvented myself. I lost 25 pounds, got fine, started a better paying job with The Company I’ve always wanted to work for and more. But 2 things were missing and that was Haidyn and my future wife. Not a day went by that I didn’t miss them. I knew I was going to get her back because I was asking God to take her out my heart and let me move on and find my wife. It seemed like the more I prayed, the more I loved her. I knew then I found my wife. I prayed and asked God to get her attention and let her know that I was her husband and he did. I’ll tell y’all later. I swallowed my pride and shot her a quick text. She responded right back. We texted for a lil bit and went about our business. We texted again a few days later and on New Years Eve we met for the first time in almost 2 months at a walking trail and went for a walk. She not gonna admit it but she was choosing. I was looking good and slimmer, nicely groomed and everything. I felt so relieved being in her presence. She told me about a date she went on during that 6 week break which turned out to go all the way left 😂 I said yep God answered my prayers. Got her attention. Since then we’ve grown so much together. April 16, 2022, I proposed to her asking her to be my wife. With tears in her eyes, She said yes!! So April 21, 2023, our journey will continue but the first day of our marriage will start. #Wyatt2023
