Fly into Seattle ---> Drive through Highway 20 North Cascade Scenic Highway. This route is a little longer (about 4 hours) but takes you through the Cascades with many places to pull off with beautiful views. You will lose cell phone service for a significant amount of the drive. ---> You can also take the southern route up through Leavenworth/Wenatchee/Chelan. This route is roughly the same length. Fly into and drive from Spokane. This route is about 3 1/2 hours.
To ensure your presence at the rehearsal, we would love for everyone to arrive by Friday :) The room block is only for Saturday/Sunday. You will still get discounted rate for Friday, however you just need to call to complete the booking under our discount.
Rooms in the room block group rate will be available until August 18, 2026. After that they will be released for general sale. Details in *travel* tab.
Weather permitting, we will be having our ceremony outside. When we visited in October of 2025, the weather was high 50s-low 60s. We hope this info is helpful for planning attire.
