Ranch Formal is encouraged but we welcome you regardless of attire. (No shirt, no shoes, no wedding service.) Please note that the ceremony takes place in a grassy area so we advise against wearing pointed heels because they may sink into the grass and make walking difficult.
Guests may begin arriving as early as 4:30PM at the venue. The venue has ample parking. If you reserved a room at the hotel as part of the room block, a hotel shuttle will take you to and from the venue at no cost. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 3:50pm and 4:30pm. Please sign up for your shuttle when checking into the hotel. The shuttles will depart from the wedding venue at 9:20pm and 10pm.
