Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

The easiest and most convenient airports to fly into are either John F. Kennedy International Airport or LaGuardia Airport. Both airports are about an hour drive away from the hotel. The closest airport to the wedding venue is Long Island MacArthur Airport, but only Frontier and Southwest fly into it.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

You should RSVP by April 4, 2025.

We will try our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please make note of this on the RSVP card along with who has the restriction.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle running back and forth from the Hyatt Regency Long Island to Bourne Mansion every hour, starting at 5pm.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be a Welcome Party on Thursday, July 3rd, and a Brunch with the Newlyweds on Saturday, July 5th. More information about these events can be found on the wedding website and in your formal invitation. Please make sure to RSVP to all wedding weekend events.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking will be available at Bourne Mansion.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue will be open starting at 5:30 PM and the ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 PM.

Is the wedding outside?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. Cocktail hour will be both inside and outside, and the reception will be inside.
