What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Who doesn't love an excuse to dress up?! The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie. For ladies, we recommend wearing a floor length gown. For men, we recommend wearing a black tux.

How will I get to and from the church?

Answer

Unfortunately, parking is not available at the church. Trolleys will be provided for all guests to and from the Second Beach Parking Lot in Middletown, Rhode Island. A police detail will be present for wedding guest parking. To account for traffic during Newport Boat Weekend, please arrive at the Second Beach Parking Lot at 1:30pm. The last trolley will promptly depart at 2:20pm. If you miss the last trolley, we recommend either taking an Uber or looking for street parking closer to the church (not guaranteed). Following the ceremony, guests will be picked up from the church by the trolleys and dropped off at Second Beach Parking Lot. How will I get to and from the Belle Mer?

Answer

Guests will be responsible for transportation to and from the Belle Mer. Beginning at 5:30pm for cocktail hour, Belle Mer will offer complementary on site guest parking. While driving is an option to the Belle Mer, we highly recommend using a ride share service, such as Uber or Lyft, for any guests that do not have a designated driver.
