Question

Have there been any changes due to COVID-19?

Answer

The safety of our friends, family and ourselves is our number one priority. We have postponed our wedding until July 10, 2021. We would like everyone to be comfortable, safe and the experience to be the best it can be. The wedding will now serve as a celebration of our one year anniversary! Updated save the dates will be sent out to all of our guests. Thank you for your continued support!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones very much, to stay within budget our ceremony and reception are 18+ only. Please honor this request from the bride and groom and do not bring children.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

An RSVP website link will be provided on your invitation. Please RSVP for the ceremony and reception through the link. The site will prompt you to RSVP for both events separately. Please follow each step. You do not need to RSVP for Cocktail Hour. The site will inform you when you complete your RSVP. Electronic RSVP is the only RSVP option. If you need assistance with navigating the site, reach out to the bride, groom, or parents and we will electronically RSVP for you.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We are asking that our guests RSVP no later than February 21, 2020. We have postponed our wedding until July 10, 2021 due to COVID-19. The online RSVP will remain closed. Please reach out to the bride and groom for additional questions regarding RSVP, as we understand circumstances have changed for many. Thank you!

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have set up a wedding hotel booking page for you with specially negotiated group rates. These rates are special group rates that are typically very large discounts that are not available to the general public. Click the Travel link at the top of this page to view information about hotel and Airbnb options.

Question

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes. There will be a cocktail hour at the venue in a separate room immediately following the ceremony. Reception setup will begin and bridal party pictures will be taken during cocktail hour. All guests will return to main studio once reception setup is complete. All guests invited to the ceremony are invited to the reception. Ceremony and reception are invitation only.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be indoors.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception location are both wheelchair accessible.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is formal/semi-formal. Wear something comfortable enough to dance in! Please do not wear white or navy.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the ceremony begins to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Guests may park in the front or back parking lot of the venue. There is also an open parking lot adjacent to the front of the venue. Parking is free in all mentioned parking areas.

Question

Answer

Yes, food and drinks will be served at the reception. You will be offered a three course plated dinner. A cash bar will be available for all guests who are 21 and over.

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian options?

Answer

Yes, there will be vegan/vegetarian options.

Question

Are there any special requests for wedding gifts?

Answer

We appreciate any and everything you so generously give! If you do not see a particular gift you would like to purchase on our registry, we are asking that our guests donate to our honeymoon fund by way of monetary gifts given on wedding day. Again, we appreciate whatever gift you feel inclined to give!

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that you do not use cellular devices, iPads, or cameras during the ceremony. The bride and groom would like for guests to be in the moment during such a special occasion. We do not mind guests posting pictures of and during the reception. We only ask that when posting pictures or videos onto social media, use the hashtag #EppengerForever.
