Bonnie and Danielle got engaged around the same time, made a (very real) pregnancy pact, and have been navigating life’s biggest moments together ever since. Depsite everything, Ben continues to show up with strength, intelligence, and a huge heart. He loves tossing the football in the yard, gaming with his dad, and being the best big brother to baby Aurora. Having Ben stand up on this day means the world to them. If you hear someone’s voice suddenly jump two octaves during the wedding? That’s Sarah. And that means the party has officially started. Apologies now, if you hear an inapporpriate song at some point throughout the night, you can bet it was Richie that got a hold of the DJ. Hector and Danielle are always excited when Richie’s around — especially if he’s bringing the food. Richie ha sido un gran amigo y primo de Danielle, y ella supo enseguida que era su tipo de persona cuando conocieron la evolución del maíz durante una cacería. Mike’s side was plastered with sticky notes; Hector’s side had a “balls cooler” under the desk- it was the hangout of the hospital. Mike was also Hector’s unofficial translator, helping him navigate human interactions with everyone else. Now in his Rheumatology fellowship, Mike traveled all the way here to celebrate Hector’s big day- proof that some bonds last well beyond residency. One day they will work again together as "Rheumcrit". Danielle even had a front-row seat when sparks first flew between Felecia and Stevie. Danielle and Felecia have been planning their weddings together, even got to pick our their dresses together. Felecia & Stevies wedding date is only 2 weeks before Hector & Danielle! Oh, if you miss anything at the wedding (or want to relive your most embarrassing moments), just check Felecia’s Snapchat story the next day. She probably caught it all. Danielle y Felecia se conocieron en la escuela de enfermería, y fue básicamente amistad a primera vista. Instant approval. Stevie is a certified party animal — if you’re looking for him during the wedding, check the dance floor first (and then maybe the bar). His energy is unmatched, and his friendship came naturally, especially since he has two sons the same age as Ben- making hangouts louder, funnier, and full of nonstop chaos. Stevie’s not just part of the crew- he’s family now. And this party wouldn’t be the same without him. Their friendship only grew from there, spending play season together with Shannon in the pit crew and Danielle in the orchestra. Over the years, they’ve made countless memories: summer camps, lake trips, tubing adventures, and even Danielle’s first ski trip — all thanks to Shannon! Shannon also deserves full credit for Ben’s high reading scores- as a school psychologist, she had him using learning apps since he was a toddler. She has been the sweetest and silliest friend to Danielle. Now that Shannon and Danielle’s babies are only a few months apart, the tradition of growing up together continues. Shannon fue la primera amiga de Danielle en el instituto, en Mother McAuley, y desde el momento en que se conocieron en el aula, se hicieron inseparables al instante: literalmente, Cosa 1 y Cosa 2 para Halloween. Speaking of which, Jimmy once signed Danielle up for the opposite political party, just to prove a point-a level of commitment to debate. Over the last decade, Danielle has watched Jimmy go from the mechanic who breathed autocross and boost, “Jimmy in a Mini.” Now? He’s absolutely crushing it as a Regional Service Manager, traveling to a different state every week and still somehow showing up for his friends. These days, Jimmy and Hector have bonded in the most wholesome manly way possible- over guns and good whiskey. He’s the friend who’s always been there-no matter how busy, how far, or how many states away-and they couldn’t imagine this day without him. Their friendship really took off alongside Shannon, forming an iconic homeroom trio. Kaitlain, ever the calm one, was pleasantly annoyed by Danielle and Shannon’s constant affection and spontaneous hugging. She also rocked the best McAuley bun anyone had ever seen. Bonded by their love of music, Danielle and Kait would jam out in the car to Hawthorne Heights and Mayday Parade like true emo queens. As they grew up, their adventures evolved into half-price margarita dates at Pepe’s-always full of laughter. Now, Danielle and Hector have followed Kaitlain to Indiana and are close once again! Danielle y Kaitlain se (re)encontraron oficialmente en el instituto, durante la clase en Mother McAuley, aunque técnicamente se cruzaron en la primaria... pero no hablamos de esos días. His energy matched the chaos, his Dad jokes were dry as a bone, we all knew these two were meant to be. He’s funny, loud (like really loud), and always down for a good time. And if you hear someone at the wedding absolutely screaming the lyrics to a song with total confidence and zero pitch accuracy- don’t worry. No one's hurt, that’s just Mitch. His Spanish? Truly terrible. And if he forgets your name and starts calling you “Greg”… please don’t take it personally. It’s a Mitch thing. You've been warned -do not leave your phone unattended in his presence -you will definitely find some surprise photos. All jokes aside, Mitch is a blast, and an even better friend. We’re so glad he’s part of this celebration. Cuando Bonnie trajo a Mitch por primera vez, lo tuvimos claro: este chico encajaba a la perfección. Es gracioso, escandaloso (muy escandaloso) y siempre dispuesto a pasar un buen rato.
