Things To Do

Courtney's Restaurant Recommendation

901 E Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203

Cilantro and Ajo is Courtney's favorite affordable place to eat. It is a traditional Venezuelan restaurant. You can go for lunch or dinner (closed on Monday). They have incredible "sandwiches" called arepas. Her favorites are the "pabellon" and "reina pepiada".

Jacob's Restaurant Recommendation

5319 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201

Pusadee's Garden is in Lawrenceville, close to downtown Pittsburgh. It is on the more expensive side, and typically you need a reservation... but man, is it worth it! It is unfortunately closed on Sunday, but perhaps you can make it work on Friday, the day before the wedding.

Saint Anthony Chapel

1704 Harpster Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212

St. Anthony is home to the second most saint relics in the world (next to the Vatican). Check this place out, and say a prayer for us there!

Benedum Center for the Performing Arts

237 7th Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222

The Nutcracker will be at the Benedum from December 6th to December 28th

Acrisure Stadium

100 Art Rooney Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212

Formerly "Heinz Field"... catch a Steelers game vs. the Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day, or on December 30th vs. the Cincinnati Bengals.

PPG Paints Arena

1001 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219

The Penguins will be playing the New York Islanders on December 29th at 5:30pm. Plenty of time to recover from the night before!

The UPMC Rink at PPG Place

Third Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222

During the winter, there is outdoor ice skating in downtown Pittsburgh. Even if you aren't into ice skating, it's fun to hangout in this part of town!
