We have rooms blocked at two hotels that are walking distance from each other. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue. There will be a shuttle at the Hyatt hotel. this shuttle will take two trips to get guests to the venue. The first trip at 3:00 and the second at 3:30. I would highly recommend planning to get on the first shuttle incase the second shuttle is full. There will also be shuttle service starting at 9:30 pm to return guests to the hotel. The last shuttle will leave the venue at 11 pm.
