12 years ago, we were both hired at PDQ Oakland Park. Fast forward to 2015, and we met again at PDQ Pines—except this time, we were restaurant managers... and we strongly disliked working together. After a few arguments over bleu cheese and being told we had to get along, we finally figured it out. From there, we became Disney buddies and best friends for the next few years. That was until 2019, when we were on the Finding Nemo ride at Disney, and it hit us—maybe we should date and see what happens? Well, it worked! Six years later, we’ve spent our time traveling to some of the most beautiful places in the world. We’ve flown, driven, hiked, eaten, and explored unforgettable destinations together. Then, in 2023, during a trip to Italy, Enzo proposed in Cinque Terre. After a bit of shock-induced rash (don’t ask), I, of course, said yes! Fast forward one year, and we still hadn’t picked a wedding date—mainly because we couldn’t decide where to get married. After traveling the world for six years, tying the knot in Florida just didn’t feel right... That brings us back to 2021, when we took one of our favorite road trips to Utah. We fell in love with the Red Rocks, and promised ourselves we’d return one day. And now, here we are, ready to say “I do”!
