Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, please arrive at least 20 minute prior to grab a drink and find your seats!

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting) on the Cholla Lawn and Albers Lawn. Dinner will be outdoors (with heaters and blankets) on the Cholla Lawn. We will then move inside for dancing in the Foundry Ballroom which is just off the Cholla Lawn.

Can I take photos?

We kindly ask to have an unplugged ceremony, our photographers are great and will capture the moment perfectly! During the cocktail hour and reception guest photography is encouraged!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional | Formal Attire Ladies think long dresses, men think darker suits or a tux. Please no jeans, sundresses, or athletic attire.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, this is an adult only event. We encourage to use this weekend as a time for just you!

Can I bring a guest?

If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What is the weather typically like in January?

Answer

Most mornings are chilly with lows in the 40's, but by noon it is usually in the mid 60's to low 70's. Jackets are encouraged, but during the day the weather is perfect.
