Our favorite restaurants: The Union Wood Shop (fantastic BBQ food & wood fired pizza) Clarkston Union Bar & Kitchen (located in the local historic church, great for brunch) and Honchos (delicious Mexican food).

Another charming small town- Just 20 minutes away from the venue. Along with boutique shops, there are great dining options for brunch or dinner. The Roxy is a live music venue featuring shows, cover bands and comedians. Check website for events/tickets. Our favorite restaurants: Rochester Chop House! (upscale dinner spot) Rochester brunch house - very popular, be prepared to wait.

(French restaurant ground floor & beautiful rooftop restaurant\bar), iconic Renaissance Center (beautiful 360 view restaurant 72nd floor), Monarch Club (swanky rooftop bar in the Metropolitan), historic Whitney Mansion (afternoon tea or brunch), historic Belle Isle with (conservatory & aquarium), Eastern Market - Huge historical famers market with dozens of local vendors (Sat & Sun mornings only).
