What's the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
Our dress code is black-tie encouraged. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Answer
The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our wedding ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day. Pictures and videos are allowed following the completion of the ceremony!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Answer
We have reserved a room block at Chateau Grande. Please book your stay by [insert cut off date] to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code [insert code] or mention the name Enrique and Samantha's wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
Answer
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. Thank you for understanding!

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests that were not formally invited.

What's the best airport to use?
Answer
Newark is the closest airport. The hotel will be easily accessible from EWR via taxi, public transit or ride share.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
We plan on having an entree choice that's vegan, gluten and nut free to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. Our cocktail hour appetizers will also all be clearly marked if they are allergy friendly (and there will be multiple allergy-friendly options). If you have additional restrictions they will be accommodated by staff day of!

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?
Answer
Our reception will end around 11:30pm , after which there will be an after-party at the Chateau Grande Hotel. There will be a cash bar and complementary late-night bites

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Answer
A 60-minute cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, and small bites!

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?
Answer
All of our guests are invited to join us for a welcome cocktail party on the evening before our wedding at the Chateau Grande hotel at 8:00pm. We invite our guests to also join us for a recovery brunch on the day after our wedding at 9:00am- more information can be found on the events tab on our website.
