In late 2019, a mutual friend of Julieana and Enrique put the two in touch through a Facebook message. After talking for a few weeks, they went on their first date and met one another in Fresno, CA. The date went well and they took turns visiting each other, driving up and down California, sometimes just for a day! As they began to date through 2020, Covid began, which created an opportunity for Julieana to help Enrique through the Sheriff’s Academy for days at a time. After Enrique graduated the academy, Julieana and Enrique couldn’t wait to spend more time together, and they decided they had enough with the long distance. The couple then moved in with each other into Enrique’s home in Vacaville, CA. In 2022, Enrique proposed to Julieana at Avila Beach, CA. A couple months later, they stumbled on an open house and immediately realized they were standing in the home they could grow into! After a rollercoaster of a process the house was theirs. The couple quickly turned the house into a home and began planting their roots. Julieana and Enrique have since been enjoying their home, family and friends in the days leading to their wedding day!
