Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We ask all our guests to wear colorful cocktail attire (no black or white, please). And we would love it if you would wear a color from the color palette that was included in your invitation (search "Barefoot Sunset Color Palette by Mint Mountain Media" online). What is cocktail attire? A classy suit with a colorful shirt and tie and a nice pair of dress shoes. An elegant knee-length, tea-length, or midi dress; or dressy suits or jumpsuits paired with heels or formal flats. Please no black or white!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of our guest list, we cannot accommodate extra people at the wedding. We only have space for the guests listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, the wedding is an adults only evening. Thank you for your understanding and for making arrangements ahead of time.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We ask all our guests to stay within our reserved room blocks at the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa or Hotel Indigo Napa Valley. Please see the "Travel" section of this wedding website for more information.

Question

How should I get around? Rideshare, rental car, shuttle?

Answer

Rideshares can be available from some of the airports to the hotels in Napa, but it may be pricey and the number of rideshares may be limited. However, once you are in Napa Valley, rideshares should be no problem. The Wine Country Airporter is available to and from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa. To book this shuttle, visit www.winecountryairporter.com. We will be providing a shuttle to and from the wedding hotels and Tre Posti for the ceremony and reception. If you are renting a car, we encourage you to coordinate with other guests to ride together!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner reception will all be outdoors. Dancing will take place indoors. The ceremony will be in full sun, so we encourage you to bring sunglasses and wear sunblock. We will also be providing hand fans. Cocktail hour will be in partial sun. Dinner will be in a shaded area. In the unlikely event that there is rain, all events will be moved inside to the Tre Posti Harvest Room.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Napa Valley in June is absolutely beautiful! You can expect high temperatures in the mid-80s and low temperatures in the mid-60s. It will most likely be sunny, so bring your sunglasses and wear sunblock! In the unlikely event that there is rain, all events will be moved inside to the Tre Posti Harvest Room.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Answer

We invite all our guests to join us for an informal dinner in Kennedy Park in Napa on Friday, June 13, 2025, the night before the wedding. There will be a taquero making amazing tacos and quesadillas. Some drinks and side dishes will be provided, but we encourage you to bring your own, as well. There will also be sand volleyball and lawn games. There is no dress code for this dinner.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at Tre Posti. However, if you plan on drinking, please use the shuttle that we have provided to and from the wedding hotels and Tre Posti.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to and from the wedding hotels (Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa and Hotel Indigo Napa Valley) and Tre Posti.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know when you RSVP about any dietary restrictions or allergies that you have.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have a hosted bar with beer, wine, and two signature cocktails.

Question

Can I bring outside food or drink?

Answer

No! Please do not bring any outside food or drinks (don't even try to hide that flask); we promise there will be enough food and there is also a hosted bar. Tre Posti requires that all food and drink is purchased directly from the venue, otherwise an additional fee will be incurred.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony no later than 4:45 pm. We will be starting right on time at 5:00pm!

What time will your wedding reception end?

Answer

The wedding reception will end at 11:30pm and we encourage all guests to stay for our grand exit! A shuttle will bring guests back from Tre Posti to the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa and Hotel Indigo Napa Valley.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony, so we ask that all guests refrain from using their phones and taking pictures at that time. However, before and after the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like - just make sure you share them with us!

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer
