I had absolutely no idea that just another date night was turning into the BIG night. Enrique planned the most romantic proposal I could have ever imagined. Little did I know he had been planning this big event for over a month, he even had "blueprints" drawn of how he wanted the moment to go. After dinner we went for a drive past the beach and concluded the evening with an outstanding surprise. As I walked back into our apartment I was speechless.
