Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is 5 hours from Bar Harbor and offers direct flights from most major cities on most major airlines. Unlike flying into Maine, you will need to be mindful of rush hour traffic if you fly into Boston.

Unfortunately there is no easy to way to get from a major airport to Bar Harbor without a car. Having a rental car is a great way to get out into Acadia National Park and any other exploring that you would like to do while you are here! Because of this, they can be a hot commodity so make sure you book one when you book the rest of your travel.

Bar Harbor is a very walkable town with a shortage of parking, so finding a place to stay that is walkable to downtown will likely make your stay far more enjoyable! We will be offering a shuttle to and from the wedding venue and downtown Bar Harbor.
