On February 23, 2024, what started as a simple plan to get out of the house turned into something life-changing. After a long Minnesota winter, Eno was feeling restless and ready to meet new people around the Twin Cities. Most of her friends preferred staying in, so feeling a little adventurous that day, she decided to finally try an app she had downloaded years earlier but never really used — Meetup. The event started at a brewery and later moved to a karaoke bar. Determined to make new friends, Eno introduced herself to just about everyone who walked through the door, including the group sitting at Harrison’s table. As the night went on, Harrison eventually came over to chat with Eno. What started as a quick side conversation quickly turned into talking for the rest of the night.
