If I don’t want to drive, what airport can I fly into.

Answer

Well you have options, depending on what you want to spend, you can either fly directly into “Arcata/eureka, CA” (ACV) and rent a car from there. The cheapest airline is Avelo. They fly from either Burbank or Las Vegas to Arcata for a lot less money then flying with United. Our airport is small and we don’t have a lot of options. You can fly into SFO or Oakland and rent a car and drive from there (it’s about a 5 hour drive from those airports) Or you can fly into Medford Oregon and rent a car from there and it’s about a 3 1/2 hour drive. From Southern California it is about a 11-12 hour drive. If you fly from Burbank to the Arcata/Eureka airport it is a 1.5 hour flight.

Question

If I want to drive from Southern California, what route should I take, is there a toll?

Answer

You should take the 5 freeway up to the 101N! There is one toll across a bridge that you can either use fastrak or go onto the website and pay within 48 hours! That will save you Atleast 3 hours instead of detouring through Sacramento!

You might not have the type of Booze I want to drink! What can I do?

Answer

You are more then welcome to bring whatever alcohol you want! We are going to provide some kegs of beer, but aside from that you are allowed to bring whatever kind of liquor onto the property. But please be aware there is no sleeping on the premises so have a safe and sober driver if you plan on drinking.

What are my other hotel options?

Answer

I would suggest getting an Air Bnb,they seem to be cheaper but if you want to stay at a hotel here are some options: - best western plus bay shore inn -red lion hotel eureka -holiday inn express and suits eureka -best western plus Humboldt bay inn -inn at 2nd & C (PLEASE IF YOU STAY AT A HOTEL DO NOT LEAVE THINGS IN YOUR CAR THEY MIGHT GET STOLEN)

We kindly ask that this is an adult only event. And young children/teens are left at home. Whoever the invitation was addressed to is who is invited. Thank you for understanding !
