The dress code is black tie. We kindly ask guests to dress in formal evening attire. For women, this means a floor-length gown, formal maxi dress, or elegant evening separates. For men, this means a tuxedo or a dark formal suit with a tie or bow tie
Yes, please reserve white, champagne, and black dresses for the couple and their immediate family. Black suits or tuxedos are absolutely allowed and encouraged for men attending in black-tie attire. We simply ask that guests avoid wearing black dresses. Guests are encouraged to wear colors outside of the reserved palette, such as jewel tones, metallics, pastels, or other formal colors that fit the black-tie dress code.
Yes, food and drinks will be served during the celebration.
We kindly ask that all guests be 21 and over. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to attend.

Yes. We have reserved a wedding hotel block at The Inn at Bellefield. Please visit the Travel section of our website for booking details.
Yes. Transportation will be provided from the wedding hotel to the venue and back at the end of the evening. A transportation schedule will be shared closer to the wedding date.
Yes, parking will be available at the hotel and the venue.
We kindly ask that guests do not take photos or videos during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present, and our photographer will capture the moment for us. Photos and videos are welcome during the reception.
Please plan to arrive on time so you do not miss the ceremony. We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking, seating, and getting settled.
Please RSVP by July 15 so we can finalize our guest count.
The event will take place both indoors and outdoors. Please dress accordingly for a black-tie celebration.
There will be a space to list any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Please include them there, and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
