Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We blocked rooms at the Home2Suites for Saturday, August 3rd. We will have a shuttle to/from the hotel and reception that day and evening. The rate for the night is $149. Call the hotel 412-630-8400 and use the group code CHT91E. (Watt/English wedding). You will need a credit card, however will not be charged until checkout.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be a shuttle service that will take guests from the hotel to the ceremony and reception location as well as back to the hotel throughout the evening. Shuttle times from the hotel are as follows: 2:25 pm - For those who want to arrive a little early to mingle with the Bride and Groom's parents and other guests. 3:05 pm - For those who want to arrive just in time for the ceremony. 3:45 pm - For those who just want to attend the reception. Any one that would like to drive to the ceremony/reception can leave your car at the venue overnight and utilize the shuttle for transportation back to the hotel. Shuttle times back to the hotel are as follows: 9:00 PM 9:30 PM 10:00 PM Additional transfers back to the hotel can be arranged during the evening if needed.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress for women and a suit or dress shirt and tie for men. The ceremony will be taking place outside.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins at 3:30. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you can find a seat before the ceremony starts.
