Question

Where do we stay?

Answer

We have reserved the entire estate of La Palagina for our guests! When choosing Italy for our wedding, we wanted to have it somewhere all of our guests could stay for all three days.

How do we book our room at La Palagina?

Answer

You can book your room through emailing info@palagina.it with your name and your guests name. They will then set up payment with you as we picked special rooms for each of our guests! If you want to come a day early or stay an extra day, you can also set this up with them.

When should we arrive?

Answer

You can access the property and grounds on Monday, April 28, 2025 starting at 11am. Your rooms will be ready by 3pm. Our Welcome Dinner and Party will be that evening at 6:30pm.

What should we pack?

Answer

Welcome Party: Garden chic attire Wedding: Black tie optional attire Brunch/Pool Day: Swimsuit, lounge clothes, and sunscreen Block heels or sandals are highly recommended as most events will be held outside. We also recommend bringing layers as it will get chilly in the evenings.

Does the hotel have breakfast?

Answer

Yes. The hotel provides breakfast for all guests in the restaurant on the main floor. It is served continental style from 8am to 11am.

Do we need to rent a car?

Answer

No, you don't have to rent a car to get to the estate. You can arrange for a transportation service to pick you up from Florence. Please reach out to reception@palagina.it who can organize the transfers for you. However, renting a car is also an option and it is a very easy drive from Florence to the estate. It's about a half hour from the Florence airport.
