Our wedding is located at Harvest Moon Ashland Ohio, 1695 Township Rd 1575, Ashland, OH 44805. Please arrive at 5:00 PM and be seated by 5:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, and the doors will close at 5:20 PM. Cocktail hour will start following the ceremony! With dinner and a reception to follow! Remember no smoking or vaping on the property!

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate children who are named on the invitation.
We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We are grateful to have professional photographers capturing our special moments and appreciate your presence and respect.
Parking is available at the bottom of the hill as soon as you pull in. A golf cart will be available to assist guests who may need help getting to the venue.
We’ve included a list of hotel options linked on our website, please check those out! There are also Airbnbs available in the surrounding area. We encourage that if you’re going to need a hotel to book now the hotels are booking up quick that day!

Yes! We will have an open bar featuring beer, wine, and specialty drinks. Please note: Outside alcohol is not permitted on the premises. If outside alcohol is brought in, the venue will fine us, so please help us avoid that.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.
Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy a cocktail hour featuring an assortment of fresh fruit and cheese trays. Dinner will then be served buffet-style and will include fresh rolls, salad, broasted chicken, roast beef, green beans, homestyle noodles, mashed potatoes, and gravy.
Last call will be at 10:00 PM. Everyone is invited to join us for our exit between 10:15–10:30 PM.

Yes. Assigned seating will be located at the front of the venue. Please check the seating display upon arrival.
Yes, gifts may be brought to the venue. However, we kindly prefer gifts be shipped directly to us to help limit the chance of items being misplaced.
Yes! Once we receive our photos from the photographer, they will be shared with everyone.
Please note that ceremony doors will close at 5:25 PM. We kindly ask guests not to enter once the ceremony has begun.
Rideshare options are very limited in the area. Please plan ahead and arrange a designated driver.
