Question

When should I arrive at West Art for the Ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at West Art by 3:30pm. If you get there early there will be some light snacks and water starting at about 3pm to tide you over until dinner. ☺️ There is also a bar / coffee bar attached to the venue, feel free to grab a drink and bring it over the ceremony! 🥂 At the moment, we're planning to start the ceremony at 3:45.

What about parking and transportation to the ceremony?

Answer

We have a shuttle running from the Arts Hotel (where John J Jeffries is located) to the ceremony at West Art. The shuttles will be also be available to take you back to John J Jeffries for the reception. There is plenty of parking at the Arts Hotel, in the parking garage and the parking lot behind the shops on Harrisburg Ave. At West Art, street parking is available, but it is more limited. If you prefer to walk, it is a lovely 15 minute walk from the Arts Hotel to West Art. And about a 25 - 30 minute walk from the Holiday Inn or Marriott downtown to West Art. Lyfts and Ubers are good options as well!

Is there a dress code?

For the ceremony and reception, we’ll be dressed up, and you’re welcome to be also—but most importantly, wear what makes you feel your best! If you’d like a bit more guidance, think something a little dressed up—cocktail attire, or your personal version of fancy.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your kiddos, we’re keeping the celebration mostly adults-only, with the exception of a few special family members. We really appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a fun night out!

Please submit your RSVP on our website by Monday, September 22nd. The RSVP section will be added before invitations are sent out.

We’re planning to mail invitations in early August.
