Port Gamble is accessible by ferry or by driving around the Puget Sound (~1.5–2 hr depending on starting point).
Ferry Options
Edmonds → Kingston: 30 min crossing + 15 min drive
Seattle → Bainbridge: 35 min crossing + 35 min drive
If taking a ferry, we recommend choosing a sailing that arrives on the Kitsap Peninsula by 4:00 PM.
Return ferries run late into the evening. The last Kingston → Edmonds ferry departs at 11:10 PM, and Bainbridge → Seattle sailings run until 1:35 AM.
