FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Kind of... we are looking for "Garden Attire." The wedding is a 70's theme (please no costumes), but we would like everyone to be comfortable. Which means sun dresses, linen suits, khakis, etc... The wedding is located at a farm, so keep that in mind when picking your shoes! Our ceremony and reception will be held in the orchard, which means you will be walking on grass. ** Another note; Sammy is wearing a YELLOW dress. You CAN wear white to this wedding! Maybe stay away from the mustard yellow though...

Question

Are there bugs in Fallon?

Answer

Most definitely. We recommend wearing bug spray and sunscreen to the wedding. While Mosquito Abatement in Churchill County is diligent, we still have skeeters.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please R.S.V.P. By April 4th. Thank you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Most definitely! Keep in mind there are irrigation canals on either side of the property. If your children attend, please keep an eye on them.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

No. We have built a happy home full of all of the things couples might put on a registry. We do have a honeymoon fund you can contribute to if you would like to leave a gift. Otherwise, your presence at the wedding is all we ask for!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would like to get started right on time, so please arrive by 4:20/4:30 to account for parking time. Thank you!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are serving a taco bar and will have a dessert table. If you do have allergies please let us know so that we can either accommodate or forewarn guests of ingredients. **Keep in mind, we will have vegan, vegetarian, and meat options for tacos. We will also have vegan desserts available.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Please plan accordingly. The farm is outside of city limits and you will need transportation if you are staying in a hotel.
