We actually met through mutual friends; however, our paths nearly crossed so many different times when we were younger. I was born and raised in Wapak while Colton moved here around the age of 7-8. We were in school together for about 4 years, but never had any classes together. I moved away to another state, but still spent my summers in Wapak. Around the age of 14, Colton's mom and my stepmom starting working together and became good friends. Still Colton and I never met. It was until we were 19 years old that we FINALLY met. We became close friends and eventually started dating. After 4 years of dating, Colton got down on one knee the morning before my birthday and asked me to marry him with the help of our dog, Leo! Hazel was there too but more as the audience. We hope to see all of our friends and family there to celebrate on June 21, 2025!
