Yes! If you are staying at either Centerstone Plaza or Towneplace Suites, a shuttle will be provided both to and from the venue. Uber and Lyft are also available. Shuttles will depart from the hotels at 3:00 and 3:30 to drop off at the venue. Return shuttles will begin at 10:00 PM and will make multiple trips throughout the night. The last shuttle leaves the venue at 11:15 PM.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at the same place, Hilltop House. Once you arrive, you will not need to travel to a different location until the reception has ended. Transportation will be provided if you choose to stay at either of the reserved hotels.
Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, pending the weather. The reception will take place in a structured tent but will be a hybrid indoor/outdoor. Please plan accordingly based on the weather that day.
Yes! There is a parking lot on the property that can accommodate approximately 50 vehicles. You may also park on the street. The venue is located at the top of a very steep driveway. If you choose to drive, please wait in the parking lot for a shuttle that will bring you to the top of the driveway.
The ceremony will begin at 4 pm; we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes prior. Once the ceremony has started, no one will be permitted access to the venue until after the ceremony is finished.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal to formal. We kindly request that you avoid jeans or denim.
