Any key details to know?
Answer
Everything is happening in one main room, including the ceremony. Your seat for the ceremony is your same seat for dinner. Please plan accordingly to not arrive during the expected ceremony timeframe (4:30-5:00PM). We will have a sign on the door making it clear not to enter the room while the ceremony is taking place. If you arrive and see this sign, you'll be able to wait inside until the ceremony has ended.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We are only providing one meal option. You're not limited on your portions of the items you could have. Please note the salad will be vegan and gluten free. Reach out if you have a specific food allergy, and we can connect with our caterer to identify what would work for you from our menu. Note: There's a fridge on-site if you need to bring anything specific for yourself.

Winter wedding in Minnesota ... what will you do if there's bad weather?
Answer
This is a snow or shine event :) Everything is set up to eat, drink, and be merry no matter what the Minnesota weather is. We have strategically ensured our caterer is local. The beer and wine will already be purchased. And we have a good amount of local-enough guests for the party to go on! If we do have a weather event, please make decisions that are best for you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Based on our low hotel block usage, we're no longer looking into a private shuttle option for the two hotels within 10 minutes of the venue. If necessary, we will assist anyone who needs help finding a safe ride back to those hotels. If you'd like to pre-plan a sober cab for yourself, our research would recommend looking into Lyft (App).

What is the parking situation?
Answer
The venue has a designated parking area that will be labeled well. It's a 100 yard walk from the parking lot to Strom Hall. We have access to limited parking closer, which is our handicap and vendor parking. If that's needed for you, please let us know!

Due to limited space, we were not able to provide plus one's for all guests. You can reach out to us; we are willing to see where we're at with RSVPs and capacity. Please understand if we're not able to accommodate.
