Wedding Bells!

Fall Semester 2010 -- Chico, CA One hot August evening, there was a party in Chico where both Nate and Emma could be found. On a staircase at this party they crossed paths for the first time. "You going to move?" Emma challenged the curious stranger blocking her exit. With a smirk of curiosity and a slight whiskey buzz, Nate reciprocated, "You going to make me?" And so it goes... The two would go on to court each other for a month - a concert here (with a third wheel named Swann), a tubing escapade down the Sacramento River there, and finally, a gulp of courage on Emma's part resulting in the official coupling. Over the next three years Emma and Nate found their passion for nature, shared love of music, uncanny ability to make the other laugh, and equal love of their chocolate lab, Monkey, made them a match. So much so that when Emma made the decision to be closer to her father in Colorado, Nate made the jump with her - he even beat her there by a week! Present Day -- Denver, CO The two currently reside in the Silicon Valley of the Mountains where Nate has found success as a SalesForce Business Analyst for a global tech-success company in the heart of downtown, and Emma as a headhunter for an agency in the Tech Center - where she is known fondly as "Moneybags." The couple owns a home in Englewood where they make frequent trips to Jason Dog Park (Monkey in tow), spend their weekends making progress on house projects or in the great outdoors, and dedicate Sundays to chicken wings and the latest HBO release. **HUGE Thrones fans, grazi Sheik-a-venucci and Jiho-zo!** And here, eight years after meeting that first night, they are planning a day they will cherish for the rest of their lives! To say they are overjoyed is an understatement, and they cannot wait to celebrate their love with you all.
