Question

Is there parking at Bon Air Baptist Church?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot available for use for the entirety of the ceremony.

Question

Is transportation provided from the Ceremony to the Reception?

Answer

Transportation is not provided between venues. We hope you will take the time to check out the Christmas lights throughout the city on your drive downtown!

Is parking available at the Commonwealth Club?

Answer

Yes! We will have Valet service at the entrance to the club on Franklin St. Should you choose to park your own vehicle, there are two parking lots adjacent to the club for your use. You can access the main lot off of Main Street.

What does Black-Tie mean?

Answer

Tuxedos are preferred for men. If they end up going tuxedo-less, though, they should wear a formal dark suit and tie instead (coat and tie are required at the Commonwealth Club). Women can go the long evening gown route, but a dressy suit or shorter, formal cocktail dress is fine too!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes we do! We have a room block reserved at The Graduate Hotel. Check out our "Travel" page for more information and other recommended hotels.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you believe we made a mistake, please reach out to the bride or groom!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are limiting children at our wedding to our Flower Girl and Ring Bearer. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” via your RSVP card in the mail, so we can plan accordingly.
