Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Utica

The only hotel we'd STRONGLY recommend to our out of town guests! Lee is the General Manager of this hotel and was able to pull some strings! Shuttle service to and from the hotel will be provided. There is a group block for $85 a night if you book by August 1. This is the only hotel/lodging option with a group rate. We will be having a shuttle during the time of the event. There will be only one shuttle run leaving the Doubletree Hotel Utica to bring guests to the wedding. It will be departing Doubletree Hotel Utica at 2:00 pm Available for shuttle runs from the ceremony to Beardslee Castle Periodic shuttle runs to Doubletree Utica following the conclusion of the reception at 10:30 pm until approximately 1:00 am. Uber, Lyft, and Little Falls Taxi are all also available.
