What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30pm. Please arrive by 1:20pm to ensure you have time to park & find a seat!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have rooms blocked at Avon Old Farms Hotel. Other options in the area include: Delamar in West Hartford, Residence Inn Hartford Avon in Avon and the Farmington Inn in Farmington.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Any dietary allergies/restrictions, please let James/Emmy know so we can be sure to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is ample parking at the church and the Polo club.
