We had no idea how much our lives were about to be changed when meeting for a blind date in March 2024, although Dakota MAY have forgotten to ask for Emmy’s number at the conclusion. This was quickly remedied by texts to the close friends who organized the first date - information excitedly exchanged. That first evening flowed into walks, flowed into daily texting, flowed into cooking together, flowed into something more. After roughly 6 months love was professed, a friendship deepened, and a future together made more tangible. Coming into 2025 we had marriage on our minds, made official in June when Dakota organized a beautiful proposal in a local park. We are beyond grateful for the impact that our closest friends and family have had on our relationship and our lives, and therefore are honored to invite them as guests to join in much merriment, happiness, and dancing.
