Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the Roundhouse.

Is there a dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, Black Tie Preferred. We encourage guests to wear tuxedos and floor length dresses if you have them.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle taking guests staying at the Hyatt House in Fishkill to and from the wedding. All other hotels are within walking distance of the Roundhouse.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will have a welcome party on Friday night at The Yard and Sunday brunch at The House in Beacon. Both event spaces are within walking distance of the Roundhouse.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Yes, please let us know of any food allergies or other dietary restrictions so we can work with the Roundhouse to accommodate.
