The Lady May
The menu at The Lady May is a blend of these two-family cooking styles, with influences from both Italian Catholic and Southern cuisine. From fried chicken to scratch biscuits to homemade jam and pepper jellies, every dish has a touch of nostalgia and reminds us of the flavors their grandmothers used to create in their kitchens. And with the addition of a Sunday brunch featuring gospel music and a Bloody Mary bar with homemade pickled veggies, The Lady May truly captures the essence of family gathering together for a meal.
Trilby's
More than 35 years ago, Trilby and her husband settled permanently in Ocean Springs where she established the small restaurant that has always been simply called Trilby’s. Into it went her inherent love of fine foods and culinary genius. Prized recipes gathered from far and near pleased an ever-spreading circle of discriminating guests. Many of these dishes are found in the menu you now hold; for they were entrusted to a carefully trained and loyal staff who worked under Trilby’s guidance before her death. The Trilby tradition carries on.
Bright Eyed Brew Co.
With cold brew coffee starting to make itself known, they stumbled across nitro, cold brew coffee. Not only does it give the coffee a beautiful eye appeal with a gorgeous cascade, but it also gives it a creamy texture that's topped with a delicious foamy head. They think this provides the ULTIMATE experience and they want to share with the world!
Mosaic Restaurant & Bar
Mosaic Tapas Bar was established in 2006, with the pure objective of offering a place that will spread a good vibe and promote friendship and culture. At Mosaic they see every customer as a potential friend, that is why they collected famous recipes from all over the world and present them in Tapas sizes (small portions), that way patrons can experience different flavors while sharing with friends. Mosaic Tapas Bar has a wide variety of live music, exotic drinks and Martinis. We call it Mosaic, Simply... Mosaic!
