PUBLIC TRANSIT DIRECTIONS from...

Shannon Airport (SNN) Take Bus 343 Limerick Bus Station towards Limerick Colbert Station. At Limerick Colbert, switch to Bus 314 Ballybunion towards Glin. The castle is approximately a 15 minute walk from the Glin bus stop, but there should be cabs around that area you can hail. Cork Airport (ORK) Take Bus 225 Kent Train Station to Parnell Place, then transfer to Expressway 51 Galway bus line and stay on it for 1 hour 45 minutes to reach Limerick station. Take 314 Ballybunion towards Glin. Dublin Airport (DUB) Take the Flight Link bus, Killarney route, to Newcastle West Cork Road (3 hour ride). From Sheehan's Road, take Bus 595 Tarbert to Glin station.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS from...

Please note you will need to attain an international driver's license while still in the United States if you are interested in renting a car in Ireland. Be very mindful of the change in traffic laws, most importantly the right-hand sided driving. Shannon Airport (SNN) Exit the airport going East and take N18 and N69 towards Glin. Take a left turn onto Church Street and follow signage for Glin Demesne (Glin Castle). Cork Airport (ORK) Take Avenue 2000 to Kinsale Rd/N27. Continue on N27 then turn onto N20 (signs for Limerick/Mallow/Blarney). Follow N20, N21 and R521. Continue to Church St in Glin and follow signs to the castle. Dublin Airport (DUB) Exit the airport toward Swords Rd/R132, heading towards M50, taking a roundabout to the ramp and going Southbound. Take M50 to N7 and continue to Kildare. Continue to N69 in Limerick and stay on it until you see signs directing to the castle.
