Cherie is Vanessa’s bff, they met at church many years ago and connected over their lack of appreciation for dead desert trees 😁 She is a beautiful, kind, sweet soul, a great cook and an amazing host. We share a love of rain and thunderstorms and she’s responsible for infecting me with a love of traveling and the reason I started working at SkyWest where I met the most wonderful man and fell in love. Thanks Cherie, our lives would not be the same without you and we both owe you big time ❤️

Vanessa met Ashley and her beautiful family on their first day at the local church, it was actually Elizabeth who made the connection as she invited Ashley’s shy daughter to sit with her in nursery and eased her fear of new environments, After that they (both the moms and daughters) became inseparable. Ashley is super fun, llight hearted, honest and sweet, she loves people and always sees the best in everyone and has the magic ability to make me want to be the best version of me. She was the first person to know I couldn’t fight the crush I had on Courtney and the first to tell me to stop fighting it because she liked everything I said about him and he sounded like a great guy worth my time. Thanks, Ash! You were absolutely right! ❤️
