Hotel check in for all guests staying at Airelles Gordes, La Bastide will be at 4:00pm. If you arrive earlier, you will be welcomed to freshen up at the spa and your luggage will be stored until your room is ready. Please confirm with the hotel your estimated time of arrival.
Gordes is a very small village and it will be difficult to arrange hair or make up services locally. We have therefore arranged some English speaking hair stylists and make up artists to come to the Bastide de Gordes to take care of our guests. These need to be booked according to demand so please do let us know if you would like to book such services by sending an email to commercial.labastide@airelles.com . Please specify: - the date you would like to book for - the services you would like to book (hair, make up, both) - wether you are staying at the Bastide de Gordes or in another hotel You will be offered a time slot according to availability and will be asked to confirm your booking. The services will be offered at the Spa of the Bastide de Gordes. Please note capacity is limited, appointments will be offered on a first come first serve basis.
All guests staying at Bastide De Gordes will be asked to check out of their room at 12:00pm on Sunday, June 25th. The hotel is happy to hold and store all luggage for guests who may be traveling later in the day and would like to continue enjoying the hotel facilities.

Shuttles will be provided each evening. Shuttles will collect guests staying at Les Bories and Le Jas de Gordes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, and will run throughout the evenings to bring them back. No shuttles will be required for guests staying at La Bastide de Gordes on Thursday and Saturday nights (le TIGrr being walking distance from the Bastide de Gordes and the wedding celebration being held on site). Shuttles will collect guests staying at La Bastide de Gordes on Friday night, and will run throughout the evening to bring them back. Please refer to the schedule of events on this website or to your welcome letter upon arrival at your hotel for pick up times.
