Where is the ceremony and reception?

The ceremony and reception will be at Avalon Legacy Ranch, 2022 Wayside Trail, McKinney, TX 75071.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:15pm.

Please RSVP by August 1, 2019.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Garden Attire: dressy casual in lighter/neutral tones. No denim, tennis shoes or cotton tees. Our theme is burlap and lace with greenery and blush/peach accent colors.

Is there parking available near the ceremony/reception venue?

Answer

One hour before our ceremony the venue will begin parking guests! They provide golf cart service for those needing assistance to the venue or to the ceremony.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place outdoors.

What type of food will be served?

Answer

Their will be appetizers, artisan cheese, crackers and seasonal fruit served after the ceremony and an open bar (beer, wine, sodas, tea and water). Dinner will be served buffet style. There will be a beef and chicken option along with salad, a vegetable side, risotto and rolls.

Will there be vegan/vegetarian food options?

There will be no vegan options, only vegetarian.

We are registered through Zola.com. Please view the "Registry" section of our website.

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, but please do not get in the way of the professional photographer while they are taking photos. So that we can view the photos, please use #emmasaysfinally. Thank you.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception will promptly end at 10pm.
