What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We would like for this to be a semi-formal occasion! We are requesting that nobody wears jeans or t-shirts and takes the opportunity to dress up and embrace some elegance. Women, please do not wear white.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Those who are able to bring a plus one have been notified via their wedding invitation/RSVP card. Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate those who are not specifically invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are requesting that those who are currently enrolled in the PUSD10 school system do not attend. As much as EmmaRuth loves her job, she would like for this event to feel separate from her work life. The kids who are able to attend have been noted on the wedding invitation/RSVP card.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Aaron and EmmaRuth have registered through Amazon. With so many people living outside of Payson, we thought it would be easier for things to be shipped straight to us rather than people needing to travel with it.

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

We've chosen to host a sober celebration, ensuring that every moment of our wedding day is fully experienced by all our loved ones. Our venue is also alcohol free.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have a professional photographer to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Is tobacco allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Due to the venue location, tobacco in any form (cigars, cigarettes, chew, etc.) is not allowed on property.

Are animals allowed at the venue?

Answer

Service animals with proper state certification are welcome at our venue. All other animals are not permitted.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not transportation between the hotel and the ceremony.

What all do I need to think about while planning for this trip?

Answer

Please remember that you will need to: Book flights to Phoenix Sky Harbor - This is the closest airport. Book a rental car - Payson is approximately 1 1/2 hours from the airport and you will benefit from having your own transportation. Book a Hotel - Check the travel page for hotel suggestions!
