What is the dress code?

Our wedding dress code is semi-formal attire, but we’d love for you to use this as an opportunity to get a little fancy if you’d like! For men, we suggest grey or dark suits, and for women, options like a gown, cocktail dress, pantsuit, or jumpsuit are perfect. Think of it as a chance to celebrate in style! We just want you to feel great and have fun with your look! If you have any questions about what to wear, feel free to reach out to Emma or Michael.

If your children are invited, your invitation will be addressed to either your whole family (e.g. The Smith Family) or their name will be on the envelope of your invitation.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the same venue - Lake Erie Building in Lakewood, Ohio.

What time will the ceremony start?

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm EST.

Is there parking on site at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking available on site. Additionally, you are welcome to leave your vehicle in the lot overnight.

Can I take photos or video of the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired professional photographers to capture the events of the ceremony, and we kindly ask you not to record video or take photos during the ceremony. This will allow for the moments of our ceremony to be captured without distraction and ensure our guests are present during this special occasion. However, after the ceremony, we highly encourage photos and video be taken throughout the cocktail hour and reception portions of the evening!
