Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes, this will be a child friendly event, however use this day as an adults night out! Please keep in mind we will be having alcohol. If you want to bring your children you must let us know on the RSVP. There will be no kids meal served, we will only be serving the food we are catering. We do kindly request if you have very young children, during the ceremony to sit on the aisle seats to allow yourself to step away if your child becomes anxious. Feel free to bring them activities they love that will keep them distracted for the reception, during first dance and speeches. We want to enjoy a milestone in our life that we only get once, while still enjoying your company as well.

Yes! There is parking around the venue once you get to the top of hill.

When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by November 1, 2024 by using the Microsoft Forms provided on the invite to allow time for us to accommodate for those who may or may not come.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm, so please try to arrive at least 30 minutes before.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you so get ready to have the time of your life! Remember to plan a carpool or take uber or lyft back to your hotel! Please drink responsibly!

Where is the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place outside the venue and the reception will be inside the venue, so dress accordingly!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless you have spoken with the Bride and groom about your additional guest, the invitation sent to you is solely for you and those intended in your party.

What is the weather like in April?

Answer

It can get a little chilly, so be sure to dress warm for the later part of the evening and bring an extra pair of clothes.

Our ceremony is in a grassy area, the cocktail and reception will be indoors. Plan accordingly!
