Our Adventure…
In January, Emma had mentioned how she would like to see the redwoods, and a plan was made. We decided at that point, after years or being together, and years engaged, that this would be where we would ultimately like to finalize our life-long commitment to each other.
July 10th, we flew out to Seattle to pick up our sprinter van that would serve as our home for the next two weeks. From there, we drove through Portland and down to Crater Lake National Park. From Crater Lake, we made our way to Jedediah Smith Redwood State Park, and held our ceremony at Organ Donor Grove. After spending a day on the NoCal coast, we drove up along Highway 101, up the Oregon and Washington coasts, to Olympic National Park where we stayed for a week. Our journey was once-in-a-lifetime, and we love to share story’s from our (short) time in the PNW.
