Cocktail attire includes dresses that are knee length or longer, but are not floor length. For men, a suit (tie optional) or sports jacket and dress shirt. Remember it will be hot! The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside in the A/C. Comfortable shoes as ceremony will be in the grass! As for colors, we will be in a garden so wear as much color as you would like, bright colors are welcome in Charleston!
This is peak heat season in Charleston. It will be hot and humid so pack accordingly and stay hydrated.
Charleston is kind of spread out and everything is about 20-30 minutes from eachother. Magnolia plantation is about 20 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, 30 minutes from Folly Beach.
There will be a wedding parking lot and signs showing you were to go!
It is completely up to you whether or not you want to rent a car, but everything is very uber/lyft friendly!
