FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 P.M. so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will have to wait outside for the reception to begin.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you—and we’d love to see everyone looking a little extra special for the day! Please dress in semi-formal attire: cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or elevated separates for women; suits or dress pants with a button-down for men (ties optional but encouraged). It’s a summer wedding, so keep the weather in mind, but we’re hoping for a polished, dressed-up vibe to match the occasion!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

No. We have chosen to keep our wedding intimate with close family/friends. We are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus-one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your kids, unless they were mentioned in your invitation, we will not be able to accommodate them. If your children will be traveling with you, please feel free to contact us for local babysitter recommendations.

Question

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have rooms blocked off at the Delta downtown Ashland. You can see more information about the room blocks over on our travel page.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 26, 2026. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will be unable to accommodate you at the wedding. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we cannot accept late RSVPs and we will mark your unanswered responses as "declined".
