Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have reserved 20 rooms at the Hilton DoubleTree in Neenah! The room block is under "Cortez Vander Zanden Wedding". Reservations must be made by August 6th 2024, and can be made by using the link provided here https://group.doubletree.com/mx2got Check in time is 4pm but you can call day of starting at 9am for an early check in. There are 5 rooms available for a Friday night and Saturday night reservation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, only the children in our immediate family will be in attendance. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!

What is the dress code?

Answer

While there is no specific dress code, but we suggest wearing bright fun colors! Where clothes that make you comfortable, whether that be dress pants and a button up shirt, or a flowy dress. Embody the wildflower theme!

Is there parking available?

Answer

There are 4 lots adjacent to the building that are available as well as numerous city lots across the street that are available on nights and weekends.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be providing a partially hosted bar, with free beer offered throughout the evening. Guests will have a selection of certain beers, wine, and liquor to purchase throughout the evening. For guests looking for a non-alcoholic option, water, soda and juice will be free of charge.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be hosted indoors. All events will take place on the 3rd floor of the historic Equitable Reserve Association building.
