Shire Attire
Gather with us at 10 in the morning at the farm for our favorite morning combination: coffee + a sweet treat. At 10:30, we'll process to Crescent Beach together, where we'll hold a small ceremony, followed by a an ocean stroll. Dip a toe in, or don't! The walk is a about half a mile. If you prefer to meet us at the beach, arrive at 10:30 am at Crescent Beach State Park! After the morning beach processional, we'll return to the farm and begin setup for an evening potluck. Feel free to help with setup, prep your dish at the farm, or take a break and rejoin us later in the afternoon. We'll have food prep areas ready to use by 2pm and at 5pm, the feast begins! Afterwards, we'll have a fire, lawn games, dancing, star-gazing, night swimming, merriment, and enough food, drinks, and snacks for "filling up the corners", as they say in the shire. Emma-Kate and Dan will camp in the farm field on Saturday night, and invite one and all to join. Tents and sleeping bags to be procured as needed.
